First and foremost, the health and well-being of all our customers, staff and suppliers remains as our top priority and we will continue to act this way despite the disruption and uncertainty COVID-19 brings.
Oceans would like to take this opportunity to update every one of the measures Oceans are taking as a business to help protect all customers, staff and suppliers from the potential exposure to coronavirus.
Our Showroom will remain open for business as usual and it is our intention is to service all current and future projects as scheduled but will work within government guidelines. The frequency of cleaning our showroom and offices has increased, all work spaces, door handles and areas of foot traffic are wiped down several times a day.
All staff are monitored daily for any evidence of the virus, if they show any signs of the virus, they will be sent home to self-isolate immediately in accordance with the government’s latest guidelines.
We recognise that it is inappropriate to shake hands and wherever possible our installers will remain at a safe working distance.
All staff who work on a customer’s premises have been issued with mobile sanitising packs which will be used regularly throughout each day.
Our staff have been advised of best practice health tips and we continue to update them daily.
